My segmentation model output does not guarantee obtaining closed contours and often results in fragmented lines that cannot be directly converted into polygons. Can you help me with the contour closing procedure? I am considering applying watershed transform, but I tried it in QGIS and couldn't get a result. This is my TIFF file, which delineates rice paddies from satellite images with a resolution of 1m. The values range from 0 to 1. The closer the value to 1, the higher the probability of a rice paddy.
