[Python] Convert tickbox images in excel to text in cell (Excel, R or Python) [closed]

I am working with an electronic data capture system for patient enrollment in clinical trials which is only giving an output with the overview per form entered in excel. However, the output consists of images that are placed on the location of the cell in excel, not an actual value in the cell... Does anyone know if there is an option to convert these into text?

I basically have rows and rows of this

I did not try anything, I have no clue where to start with this
