[Python] Clockify - log time with python: 'required fields are missing or archived, code: 501'

i am using Python to log time into Clockify: the team fill their time into an excel spreadsheet: xlsx file source with times

I have a python script that reads this file and logs time into Clockify. It works, expect that the project name displayed in Clockify should have the following format: 'Project Name: Activity Name'. For some of the entries, the project name displayed in Clockify is correctly displayed. For others, Python can't log time:

Looking for project: 'This is our Project' and task: 'P111 Activity 1' ❌ Failed to log time for TP-0001 - P111 Activity 1 Delivery/ Delivery for Name 1: {"message":"Cant save, required fields are missing or archived.","code":501} Normalized project name: 'This is our Project'

But in Clockify, the 'project Name: Activity Name' is in the dropdown list. So I don't know why it can't save one activity.

How can I investigate to find out where the problem comes from?

I have extracted all the columns from Clockify using Python. The columns are: id, description (= name of the activity), tagId, userId, taskId, projectID, workspaceId, timeinterval.start, timeinterval.end, timeinterval.duration. There is no column that displays 'Project Name: Activity Name'.
