I am working on a project where I need to programmatically capture changes made on my SharePoint site. Specifically, I need to: Identify exactly which cell (add, update, or delete) has been changed. Retrieve the entire row where the change has occurred. I am using Python for this task and running my solution on AWS Lambda. Does SharePoint provide an API or webhook that can help me track changes at such a granular level? Or are there Python libraries or SDKs that would facilitate this?
