[Python] Can't open a database on sqlite [closed]

so I'm really new to sql and I started to create a table and I wanted to use the DROP command to delete a line but when I refreshed the database to see the result the database was deleted and I get the following error message :enter image description here

I tried to modify a column and expected it to be deleted.
