[Python] Can't find Docker image with python 3.12, cuda 12.x, pytorch 2.x and numpy 2.x...

The latest Docker image on https://hub.docker.com/r/pytorch/pytorch/tags (pytorch/pytorch:2.8.0-cuda12.9-cudnn9-runtime) is built on python 3.11.3, but it does have pytorch 2.8, cuda 12.9 and numpy 2.3.2.

The latest Docker image on https://catalog.ngc.nvidia.com/orgs/nvidia/containers/pytorch/tags (nvcr.io/nvidia/pytorch:25.06-py3) is built on python 3.12.3 with pytorch 2.8, cuda 12.9, but only numpy 1.26.4. I tried upgrading to numpy 2.0.2, but it then breaks pytorch that was built on 1.26.

Is there some reason there isn't one with python 3.12.x, cuda 12.x, pytorch 2.x and numpy 2.x? I don't need the absolute latest, hence .x, but I do need closer for compatibility with other code.
