I'm struggling to install GPy. I have PyCharm and a virtual environment for it. The installation keeps failing at the generating metadata part. It kept failing at some NumPy bit, then I installed wheel and something else via pip and then it stopped failing at the NumPy bit but still failed in the metadata part. What I am doing is going via the python packages tab of PyCharm and telling it to install GPy, but I have tried with activating the venv and running the command pip install gpy in the terminal as well, same issue. The GitHub says something about how you should do this via conda and I now have the conda navigator and tried running the commands they want in a conda activated terminal but that seems to also be wrong because, apparently, my machine doesn't even know some of those commands? Is there a way to do this that doesn't involve redoing my entire setup in WSL? The following is the error messages I get when I try to run it without wheel installed × Preparing metadata (pyproject.toml) did not run successfully. │ exit code: 3221225477 ╰─> [14 lines of output] <frozen importlib._bootstrap>:488: Warning: Numpy built with MINGW-W64 on Windows 64 bits is experimental, and only available for testing.
