[Python] Can I use Yolov8 for detecting speed of a driving car from the inside?

I'm using Yolov8 for a speed sign detection project and was wondering how I could detect the speed of the car from the inside. For example, how can I detect the speed of a driving car from the passenger seat or from inside the car. I wants to compare speed from detected sign and the speed of the car.

I am expecting a solution to estimate and record the speed of a car.
