[Python] Base64 string to text

I did some more research and here is what i have discovered. I have Base64 string like:

EAAAAFSrD8/UpC9Mu8X5PIoihzk


first four bytes contain number of the rest of the bytes, the next five bytes are encoded string and the rest is padded. There is some sort of key that is used in this encryption. for example for this string "test" is used.

if the key is "test1" then the encrypted string is

EAAAAEuRlzEdgqSm7exOdCpFyoE


if the key is "test2" then the encrypted string is

EAAAAPU8aqjKAOGs8rsZbNahZjc


if key is "test3" then encrypted string is

EAAAAL+zHknsrXiqaneU+hdbGyk


all of them result in

FED=;


For each i can get XOR_key like b'\x92\xe1kq\x80', that can solve decryption but i dont know how to decrypt other strings that i dont know results
