We have a dashboard at work that shows with KPIs for each agent. It's a Google Sheets doc that get refreshed manually by the managers. To refresh it, they need to go into Salesforce and download statistics for the team, then go into an admin tool to download the hours worked by the agents. After that they upload this data into the sheets. Is it possible to create a piece of code in Python that will use API calls to get these actions done automatically and what tools and dependencies will be needed? Or a bash script that will perform similarly (we use chrome OS). I understand that I am not giving enough information here and will appreciate any help. Continue reading...
