[Python] Append parameter value in AWS RDS PostgresSQL [closed]

    I want to append the below parameter value in existing parameter group for postgres database? If the values are existing, it should return message "${value} exists already" else append below values.

    shared_preload_libraries = 'pgaudit';
    pgaudit.log = 'ROLE,DLL';
    pgaudit.role = 'rds_pgaudit';
    log_statement = 'none';


    How can I achieve using python? Appreciate any sample scripts.
