[Python] ADB - How to set ON/OFF "Show surface updates" on TLC TV

I'm trying to set ON/OFF a "Show surface updates" parameter in Developer options of my TLC TV (see pictures) through the ADB commands send from my PC.

So far I've tried to send something this:

C:\Users\aaa>adb shell settings put global show_surface_updates 1


Because I thought it would be similar to this:

C:\Users\aaa>adb shell settings put global window_animation_scale 1


Unfortunately nothing changed. I've tried to google it, but found nothing.
