I have a latest node version - 20.18.0, npm version - 10.8.2 and angular/cli installation done via "npm install -g @angular/cli" when i'm trying to create a new angular project with "ng new testProject" in cmd or in VSCode, it opens ng.js (refer attachment). i don't know what the issue is. can you please help me on this.
