Ngrx/store throws error when application loads: TypeError: fn is not a function after upgrade...

I am upgrading from angular 16 to 19. However, after updating the dependencies, I get the following error upon load. So the page remains blank. Please, see the screenshots below.



The expanded @Ngrx/store source code below which looks pretty standard.



Any ideas why this could be happening?

I have the following installed and i am wondering if this has to do with compatibility. Angular CLI: 19.2.14 Node: 22.21.1 Package Manager: yarn 1.22.22
