If ngModel then value is deleted

If I add [(ngModel)]= to my Ionic input field, it deletes my value.

<ion-input [(ngModel)]="CONTENT_OTHERDATA.datum" value="<% hiddentoday %>"></ion-input>
</ion-item>


Is there a way that I can pass the value I write in value to my script (php) using the ngModel? Passing the data works for the other fields.

I pass the value so that I can pass it on to another script. That must work with the ngModel, right?
