I moved my repo from Github to Azure DevOps then cloned it but now receiving error when...

I want to start using Azure DevOps so I moved my repo from Github over to DevOps. I then cloned it in DevOps and now I have the project in a folder on my Mac. I opened VS Code, ran npm install and then ng serve --host=127.0.0.1 to start the server.

Here is what I see.
