How to solve the inability to load css in the deployed Angular project version

When I deploy my project the css does not load when refreshing the url of the test site, locally the problem does not arise. Each time we have to modify the URL by going to the root for it to work. I don't know how to solve this problem. I thank you in advance for your help.
