How to set basePath with openapi-generator-cli 7.12.0

Hey i have following openapitools.json

This does not work with Version 7.12.0 but if i change it to 7.11.0 it works. They need to be breaking changes in the newer version but i cant find it in the docu.

Tried Version 7.11.0 -> Works Read openapi-generator releases changes
