How to prefill a real-time HTML preview with dynamic form changes in Angular?

I have a dynamic form where some fields are populated based on a predefined template saved in HTML format in DB. When I select a template, the relevant fields, such as type and department..., are patched into the form. However, I need to prefill the previewer with the latest changes. As I make adjustments, I want the updates to be displayed in real time in an HTML previewer that matches the final output. Eventually, the exact content in the previewer will be sent out via email.

Previously, I set the selected template in the TinyMCE editor, made updates directly within it, and observed the changes in real time. Now, I need the updates to appear dynamically while filling out the form
