How to make the Translation of a Webapp depending from the browsers Language

I have a question about the Translation of Angular Webapps. The Goal is that the Webapp changes its language whenever the browsers language is changed. I read about angular localization and Internationalization and also about ngx translation (better for dynamic translations).

So the problem is, that I dont know how to realize that the webapp changes the language (the overlay and all the html elements) when I change the language in the browsers settings

I tried to realize it with angular localize and the only thing that worked was to check what the browsers language is with navigator.language

I saw many many solutions with ngx translation, but i did not try it.

I would like to know what the right way is, to fix my problem.
