Hello and thanks in advance to everyone reading! I'm working on an Angular 19.2 project using Server-Side Rendering (SSR) with Angular Universal. I want to deploy it inside Docker, using Node.js to serve the SSR app (no backend or API server involved — just Angular). Most of the documentation online focuses on: Client-side Angular apps deployed with NGINX, or Angular SSR running locally, not in Docker. What I'm trying to do is: Use Node.js (Express) to serve the built SSR Angular app (both HTML and static assets). Bundle everything in a Docker image so it can run standalone. Avoid NGINX — I want Node to be the only server involved. Does anyone know: How the Dockerfile should be structured for this use case? How the Node server (server.ts or server.js) should be configured? Any best practices for serving SSR Angular apps in production? I'm ready to learn and really appreciate any guidance — thanks again!
