Google Fonts stopped working on localhost (net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID)

I use Angular 19 and I have following code in my index.html's <head>:

Today the fonts stopped loading on localhost, the error is net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID:



It's working fine on our real servers though.

Any thoughts on this random weirdness?
