Eu ja havia tentado isso, ou seja, é só criar em tempo de execução o fill-in.
Mas o que preciso, é para um caso de um fill-in já criado, isto porque em determinado momento de execução do processo eu quero que apareça o rótulo e no outro não, entende. Por isso precisava de esconder o rótulo em tempo de execução como é feito em tempo de design.
No momento, fiz um jeito que julgo ser meio "aportugueisado": Eu criei outro fill-in (como caixa de texto) para tampar o rótulo do outro. Gostaria de evitar essa sáida que não achei muito clássica.

Mas mesmo assim, suas tentativas ajudaram para somar meu conhecimento.
