Disappearing <cdk-virtual-scroll-viewport> when using RouteReuseStrategy in Chrome

I am struggling with cdk-virtual-scroll-viewport. It might be a bug in Chrome, but perhaps someone knows how to avoid this issue.

I reproduced the problem in a new project: https://bolt.new/~/sb1-c6pfdahu (generated by AI; AI even tried to fix the issue, but without success).

To observe the problem, you need to scroll the list, click a link to navigate to another component, and then click a link to return to the first component. The list should not be visible. If you scroll over the empty space, it should reappear, but instead, it resets the scroll to the top.

I have reproduced this issue in Chrome and Edge. It works fine in Firefox.
