Eu nunca utilizei e conheço pouco sobre o assunto mas pelo que me lembro é uma forma de conectar uma outra base (diferente de Progress) e continuar programando em 4GL. No meu entendimento funcionaria como um "tradutor" mas para isso é necessário adquirir o produto Dataserver para a base. Está correto? Para quais bases de dados existe esse produto? Só para Oracle e SqlServer? Para as demais bases é utilizado o ODBC? Desde já obrigada pela ajuda!
