CSS Not Applied to Angular Components After Upgrading to Angular 18

I recently upgraded my Angular app from version 14 to 18. After the upgrade, the CSS files referenced in individual components are no longer being applied. The only CSS that is applied is the global styles.css.

What I Have Tried:

• The styles were working fine when I upgraded to Angular 17, but stopped working in Angular 18.
• I verified that the component-specific CSS files are correctly referenced in the styleUrls array.
• Tried using both relative and absolute paths in styleUrls, but neither worked.
• No errors related to missing styles appear in the console.
