Convert html tags to text in angular [duplicate]

I have a text with html tags, like:

<p>H<strong>ell</strong><em>o</em></p>


But I don't want to see the tags, I want to see their effect. How can I apply the tags' effect on the text, so that it is displayed as: Hello

P.s. I was not sure which word is better to use, convert, compile, parse or something else, sorry if it makes confusion.
