I used during 2 years an app that submit picture to aws buckets with no problem. App was made for iOS and using Angular 16.2, Capacitor ios 5.0.0 and @aws-sdk/client-s3 3.427.0. This is working like a charm. I'm trying to update to Angular 19, Capacitor 7 and new @aws-sdk/client-s3 3.782.0. I have now the error : "the request signature does not match the signature you provided." about the picture upload on s3, despite the fact I made no code change... I try lot of stuff like adding "\" before special chars in the secret key... nothing works. Just if I downgarde to Capacitor 5.0.0 it's ok. Look like a compatibility issue between Capacitory and the aws-sdk/client. Updating or downgrading aws-sdk/client make no changes. I don't want to stay stucked to Capacitor 5.0.0 forever as some other plugins are now officially compatible only with capacitor 6 or 7. Anyone had this issue? Continue reading...
