Building microfrontend using Webpack module federation plugin, What would be the best way to...

I have a Angular 16 Shell + Angular 16 mfe in first angular workspace. And, One Angular 13 application in second angular workspace.

I want the second application to leverage the Angular 16 MFE and use modules from that and perhaps communicate to it as well.

In the Angular 16 MFE, we have exposes declared in one file webpack.config.js of the angular workspace, not in individual MFEs.

What would be the best way to ensure this happen?
