Browser autofill not working on my angular application

I recently created an application in angular.

The application works just fine but the browser's autofill feature is not working. I tried both chrome and edge.

Autofill works for other applications I tried on same set of browsers.

I confirmed I haven't set the autocomplete to off anywhere in the code.

Could there be some setting I have missed in either browser or the code?
