App with angular version 19 not launching on the ios device with ios version 15 and 16

I recently upgraded my app from Angular version 12 to Angular version 19. Initially, it didn't work on iOS simulators(15,16) because the browserslist file was set to support only the latest two iOS versions. After updating it to iOS >= 15, the app started working fine on simulators (iOS 15 onwards) and also runs without issues on iOS 17(physical devices also)

However, when I install the IPA built through the pipeline on a physical iOS device, the app shows a blank screen, (also I tried to connect my iPad to the mac, but i was unable to , so i started with the simulators.) Any solutions?

I am expecting that the app launches on the ios device , now it launches with a blank screen but it should launch and when i click on it it should show a eula screen
