Angular upgrade from v16 to v19

I recently upgraded from angular v16 to v19 and the following code https://pastebin.com/3GhGmXQN

which worked in v16 is breaking in v19.Can anyone please advise what has changed? Basically the way am accessing the elements in template within the form array and group is breaking. I checked the angular upgrade guide but nothing related to what am facing. Can someone please suggest what changed from v16 to v19 and how do I fix this?

From the developer console there are no errors.
