Angular ng test to exclude some tests in GitHub Workflow Actions while having those tests in...

I am using Angular 20, Karma, Jasmine. Some tests with date functions are sensitive to the timezone of the test run environments, for example, +10 timezone, and expect -600 TimeZoneOffset. GitHub Actions typically run on a UTC environment. I understand xdescribe, xit, fdescribe etc.

How can I have something like

npm run test:ci myproject


and exclude some tests? while on my dev machine I would just run:

npm run test myproject


which includes all tests.
