i use nx and migrated from angular 16 to 17, than to 18. after the migration i have lost the "- Changes detected. Rebuilding." information in cli, i run my app from windows cmd with nx serve appname. i see the Recompiling... mesage in browser but not in cli anymore after the upgrade.
