Angular 15 - typescript compilar option target and usedefineforclassfields are set to es2022...

Hello kindly we have a Tizen Angular 12 project its ECMA target "target": "es5" & "module": "es2020"

When we tries to upgrade to Ang 15 upwards we getting warning "typescript compilar option target and usedefineforclassfields are set to es2022 and false respectively by angular cli"

And app not rendering any suggestion how to target es5
