Update from XML not updating all field

Hi,

we have experienced a problem where we have one development server, and one production server. We do all modifications on the development server, and use the xml to update the production server. However, now it seems like some things do not update sucsessfully. Even though we have removed fields in development, and changed others, these changes does not transfer to the production server even though it says sucsessfull update.

One specific problem is a object that has a formula field, where this field has been changed to be a checkbox instead. The field still has the same integration name. This field is not changed when deploying.

There is no errors in the logs, and little information also. We are running release 4.4.0.0.

Any suggestions?
