    I need to provide a copy of our database files to a third party. How best can I:

    1/ Document the object type i.e. all fields, their attributes, validation mandatory etc.

    2/ Document the relationships that exist between each object

    Ideally, I would like to export the detail to Word/Excel or similar and then format and some additional context/clarifications.inta an
